De overdracht van de huurauto vind plaats op de Luchthaven Faro of op een vooraf overeengekomen lokatie** in de Algarve, waar u bijvoorbeeld verblijft.
** Vanwege de recent ingevoerde tolheffing op de A22 berekenen wij een onkostenbedrag voor oppikken/afleveren op lokatie. Afhankelijk van de huuurperiode is dat min. € 10,- en max. € 35,-.

Bij overdracht op lokatie in de Algarve, dient u uw aankomst aldaar bij ons te melden en het exacte aflevertijdstip met ons te bevestigen via 00351 96 9777 854. U kunt ons bellen voor deze bevestiging van 09:00 to 19:00, zeven dagen per week. Zonder deze bevestiging van uw aankomst in de Algarve, kunnen wij de huurauto helaas niet bij u komen afleveren. Overdracht op lokatie vindt doorgaans plaats tussen 09.30 en 18.00 en is kostenvrij indien de reservering langer is dan 7 dagen. Bij kortere huurperiode berekenen wij een bedrag om de onkosten van personeel en benzine te dekken. Dit bedrag is afhankelijk van de afstand tussen ons kantoor en de afleverlokatie.
Is uw hotel of appartement geboekt onder een andere naam dan die van de autoreservering, laat ons dat weten zodat onze medewerker bij de receptie, indien nodig, contact met u op kan nemen.

Bij overdracht op de Luchthaven Faro wordt u opgewacht door een medewerker van YOR car hire - Young Original car hire. Onze medewerker draagt een t-shirt met de vermelding YOR car hire.
Zodra u de aankomsthal binnenkomt houdt u links aan, totdat u voorbij de afscheiding bent. Na het politiebureau, vindt u de ruimte van een binnenterras en de informatiedesk. In deze ruimte bevindt de vertegenwoordiger van Yor car hire zich, deze zal met u het huurcontract opstellen.
Mocht onze medewerker daar door onvoorziene omstandigheden er even niet zijn dan kunt u hem telefonisch bereiken via 00351 96 9777 854 of 00351 96 978 7039 - João Correia.

De Yor car hire medewerkers zijn 7 dagen per week tussen 08.30 uur en 22.00 uur aanwezig. De service van het ophalen en afleveren op de luchthaven is gedurende deze uren gratis.
Het is ook mogelijk de huurauto tussen 22.00 uur en 08.30 uur af te leveren of op te halen. Wij berekenen hier echter een bedrag van € 20,- voor.

De voor u gereserveerde wagen staat op de luchthaven parkeerplaats Nr. 4 Rij H. Bij het verlaten van de terminal vind u de (betaalde) parkeerplaatsen direkt aan de overkant van de weg, onze parkeerplaats bevindt zich achter deze betaalde parkeerplaatsen, op ca 200 meter loopafstand.
Als u de auto aan het einde van uw verblijf aan ons overdraagt kunt u de auto hier weer parkeren, bij de slagboom staat een camera die uw huurauto registreerd en herkent, de slagboom zal vanzelf openen en sluiten.

Bij schade of andere gebreken aan de auto neem aub kontakt op met onze vertegenwoordiger via de bovenvermelde telefoonnummers. Het is in uw eigen interesse dit voor vertrek met hem te regelen.

On leaving the front of the terminal building, please continue UNTIL THE END OF TERMINAL BUILDING and the car PARK P4 is in front of you , just across the road, about 50 meters from the terminal building.
If the client have a trolley , he may wish to follow the road to your right around the edge of the car park.
The representative YOR CAR HIRE ALGARVE is at the center of the car PARK P4 and contracts will now be signed, by the YOR van during day –light hours and at the meeting point on PARK P4 before 08.30am or after 19.00h.

The car returns other time than at the agreed contract return time.
When the client need to return the car rental, at another time than the contract agreed time; The client will call YOR CAR HIRE ALGARVE, before, to change, and to agree the new return time!

• Your budget car hire in Portugal can be delivered anywhere in the Algarve and Lisbon regions.
• Upon request, we can deliver your car to Faro or Lisbon international airport or to a hotel or resort anywhere in the Algarve region. Deliveries in the Lisbon area are subject to a surcharge of € 20.00.
• Our complimentary "rent it here, leave it there" service is available throughout the Algarve area.
• To rent cars in Portugal, the minimum driver's age is 23.
• Your driver's license must be valid in Portugal and held for more than 2 years. Please have all necessary documents available when completing your rental contract.
• Vehicle deliveries to the Lisbon or Faro airport between 21:00 and 8:30 are subject to a € 20.00 surcharge.
• Deliveries to a hotel, villa or other accommodations only between 9:00 and 19:00.
• If you collect your car rental in Algarve and return it in Lisbon (or vice-versa), there will be an extra charge of € 150.00. This charge will already be included in your booking price.

• We require a valid credit card deposit for security reasons. Cheques or cash cannot be accepted. The credit card deposit will be fully refundable when car is returned damage and loss free. PLEASE NOTE: Without a valid credit card deposit, no rental car can be delivered.
• In the event of an accident, the excess amount of your vehicle will be charged. These are the excess amounts:
• Groups A, B and C - € 950.00
• Groups C2, D, E and F - € 1,500.00
• Groups G through O - € 2,500.00

• To make a reservation for delivery, you must provide us with your flight number, flight time and departure airport.
• Requests for non-airport delivery must include the delivery address and time. Clients MUST call our contact numbers at least 2 hours before the delivery time to confirm the arrival/booking.
• When completing the reservation form, please confirm that your email address is correct and spelled properly. Without a valid email address we cannot reply to you.
• Reservations must be made no less than 72 hours before your arrival in Portugal to guarantee a booking confirmation.
• Baby/child seats are available free of charge upon request. Please mention your need of a child seat within the reservation form to guarantee availability.
• Each car may have two named drivers. Adding a third driver requires a € 20.00 charge.

• In the Faro Airport - When you pick up your car rental in Faro, you'll be met in the arrivals area by a representative of YOR-Car.com. Our representative will be holding a black and yellow YOR sign. As you come through the sliding doors of the baggage claim, please follow the barrier around to your left. Ahead of you and to your right, you will see the car hire representatives waiting area (in front of the Police Station). If you are unable to locate our agent, please call our mobile numbers.
• In Lisbon Airport - Our partner company in Lisbon is AusoCar. Look for a representative agent of Ausocar at the Lisbon Airport car hire rep area. If you don't find the representative agent, please call our mobile numbers.

• One rental day is equal to 24 hours. Any fraction of time beyond 24 hours is considered as an additional rental day. There is a tolerance period of 2 hours.
• The car hire prices quoted on this site are our best rates. Further discounts cannot be granted.
• Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the 7-day rates.
• Rates for rentals of more than 3 days and less than 7 days are based on the 6-day pro rata.
• Rates for car rentals of more than 7 days are based on the 7-day pro rata.
• Full payment is required upon signing of the rental agreement. Payment must be made with a valid credit card (Visa/Master/EuroCard, Diners Club or American Express) or in cash (including foreign currencies). Foreign cheques cannot be accepted.
• Our standard reservation (without any options) includes:
• Free unlimited mileage within Portugal
• Collision damage waiver (CDW) with excess
• Delivery and return to the airport
• Delivery or pick-up in Cavoeiro & Alvor: free for bookings of 7 days or more
• One additional driver
• Baby/child seats
• Roof rack (available only on vehicles in groups A, B and C)
• Value added tax (VAT)
• Available as optional extras are:
• Excess waiver (known in Portugal as Super CDW)

• In addition to compulsory third-party insurance, a collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft coverage are provided.
• Personal accident insurance is not included in the standard booking. Insurance cover is subject to an excess and your maximum liability is indicated below. Here is the price for optional waiver of the excess:
  - Groups A, B and C - € 7.00/day (prevents € 950.00 excess payment)
  - Groups D, E and F - € 10.00/day (prevents € 1,500.00 of excess payment)
  - Other Groups - € 10.00/day (prevents € 2,500.00 of excess payment)
• Optional personal accident insurance (PAI) is € 4.00/day.

• The insurance does NOT cover:
  - Damages to the wheels, tyres, windows, keys and locks;
  - Damage to the underside of the car due to negligent or off road use;
  - Damages from deliberate violation of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement or gross negligence;
   
• Further, a police report is always requested for the insurance to cover, no matter the circumstances of the accident/damage to the car.
• Yor Car Rental company declines damages not report to the Police. It is compulsory that the client deliver the Police report when return the car hire.
• The Vehicle must not be driven by anyone other than you and then only under the condition that your ability to drive is not in any way impaired by mental or physical incapacity or restricted by the Law.
• If you wish to take the Vehicle outside the country of rental, you must check that the YOR Car Hire-AR VI Terms & Conditions so permit you and, where necessary, obtain Yor car hire prior written consent.
• Some restrictions may apply with respect to:
  - Loading the vehicle on trains, boats, ferries or similar means of transportation
  - Taking the vehicle from the mainland onto an island;
  - Taking certain types of vehicles across borders.
   
• You must take care of the Vehicle, keep it in good repair and condition, pay any fines for which you may be liable, reimburse YOR Car Hire-ARVI for any damage to the Vehicle, and refund YOR Car Hire-ARVI for any costs it incurs.
• You are liable for all fees, taxes, fines and penalties incurred in connection with the use of the Vehicle and for which YOR Car Hire-ARVI is charged, unless they have arisen through the fault of YOR Car Hire-ARVI.
• YOR Car Hire-ARVI will apply Administration charges for the answer of fines!
• During the rental period you must carry out the usual checks (engine oil level, tyre pressure, etc.) as would any careful user and you must respect the maintenance cycle of the Vehicle as stated in the maintenance guide, if any.
• When parking the Vehicle, even for a short period, you undertake to lock it and make use of the Vehicle's alarm and/or immobilisation equipment. You must never leave the Vehicle unoccupied with the keys in the ignition. Non-return of the keys will lead to invalidation of the theft cover.
• You undertake to use the Vehicle in a responsible manner and in particular, only for the purposes for which it is intended. For a car, this means primarily carrying passengers other than for hire and reward.
• In particular, you must not use the Vehicle under any of the following conditions or for any of the following purposes:
  - Driving the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other type of narcotic substances
  - Transportation of inflammable or dangerous goods, as well as toxic, corrosive, radioactive or other harmful substances
  - Carrying anything which, because of its smell or condition, harms the Vehicle or causes YOR Car Hire-ARVI to lose time or money before it can rent the Vehicle again
  - Transportation of live animals (with the exception of domestic pets, subject to prior authorisation by YOR Car Hire-ARVI)
  - with a roof rack, luggage carrier or similar, unless supplied by YOR Car Hire-ARVI
  - Re-rental to or use by other persons
  - Carrying passengers for hire or reward
  - Participating in rallies, competitions or trials, wherever they may take place
  - Giving driving lessons
  - Pushing or towing another vehicle (except those vehicles equipped by YOR Car Hire-ARVI with a towing-hook; maximum load 1,000 kg), or exceeding the authorised load weight.
  - Travelling on non-paved roads or on roads, the surface or state of repair of which could put the vehicle's wheels, tyres or its under body mechanics at risk
  - Intentionally committing any offence.
  - None of the goods and baggage carried in the Vehicle, including their packing and stowage equipment, will be permitted to damage the Vehicle, nor put the occupants abnormally at risk
  - In any way which breaks the highway Code, road traffic laws or any other laws.
   
• You will be liable for any offence committed during the rental period which relates in any way to your use of the Vehicle, as if you were the owner of the Vehicle. Upon the request of the Police or any official body YOR Car Hire-ARVI may have to transfer your personal data. Such transfer will be done in accordance with the data protection Laws of Portugal.

Toegestaan, gratis, zijn twee bestuurders. Chauffeurs moeten beschikken over een geldig paspoort en rijbewijs en dienen deze bij gebruik van de huurauto altijd bij zich te hebben. Extra kosten voor meer dan twee bestuurders worden vooraf verrekend.

Baby en Kinderzitjes - We hebben standaard voorwaarts gerichte kinderzitjes geschikt voor kinderen van 6 maanden tot 2 en een half jaar, en verhogingskussens voor oudere kinderen. Gebruik svp een handdoek of een andere bedekking voor het stoeltje. Heeft u als ouder twijfel over onze zitjes, of ze geschikt zijn voor uw kind staat het u natuurlijk vrij uw eigen kinderzitje mee te nemen.

Om brandstofverbruik te verminderen hebben moderne autos een lichtgewicht constructie. Overladen imperiaals veroorzaken daardoor snel schade.
Wij hebben enkel een Imperiaal beschikbaar voor de Opel Corsa. Omdat u als huurder verantwoordelijk bent voor eventuele schade verzoeken wij u deze met grote voorzicht te beladen en vooral niet over te beladen. U dient zelf voor spin- snelbinders of dergelijke te zorgen.

De huurprijzen vermeld op de site zijn gebaseerd op overdracht op de Luchthaven van Faro.

U dient, bij het ondertekenen van de overeenkomst, het volledige huurbedrag te betalen. Dit kan, liefst contant, dus met Euros, of met een geldige creditcard (Visa/Master of American Express).

Voor Creditkaart betalingen brengen wij een extra 4% in rekening.

Om de huurauto aan u te kunnen afleveren hebben wij de gegevens van uw geldige credit card nodig. Zonder deze gegevens is het helaas niet mogelijk de auto aan u af te leveren. Als borg copieren wij de gegevens van uw credit card op een lege slip (van de redunice). Deze creditcardslip krijgt u van ons terug, of makkelijker wij verscheuren de slip van de creditcard, als de auto zonder schade of ander nadeel bij ons afgeleverd is. .

Wij vragen geen aanbetaling, u hoeft dus geen creditkaart gegevens via het internet te versturen.

In de huurprijs inbegrepen is een onbeperkt aantal kilometers in Portugal, wilt u een bezoek brengen aan Spanje dan heeft u van onze verzekeringsmaatschappij een borgtochtobligatie en groene kaart nodig. Dit kost € 50,-.

Verkeersboetes: Het kan zijn dat in het geval van een verkeersovertreding de politie ons contacteert en een kopie van uw identificatiegegevens verlangt. Mocht dat gebeuren dan moeten wij extra administratiekosten in rekening brengen. Die zijn min. € 5,- en max. € 25,- .

Wanneer u een huurauto bij Yor car hire boekt is de basisverzekering tegen schade en diefstal bij de prijs inbegrepen. Dit, omdat deze verzekeringen in Portugal wettelijk verplicht zijn. U bent echter wel verantwoordelijk tot een bepaald vastgesteld bedrag in geval van schade/vandalisme of diefstal. Dit vastgestelde bedrag noemt men het eigen risico. Dit eigen risico kunt u, indien gewenst, geheel afkopen voor een klein bedrag per dag.

Hieronder de groepen met de daarbij behorende bedragen van het eigen risico:
- Groep A t/m C, eigen risico € 950,- , u kunt dit afkopen voor € 7,- per dag.
- Groep C2 t/m G, eigen risico € 1500,- , u kunt dit afkopen voor € 10,- per dag.
- Groep H t/m O, eigen risico € 2500,- , u kunt dit afkopen voor € 10,- per dag.

De persoonlijke inzittenden verzekering (PAI) is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen maar kunt u, indien gewenst, bij uw reservering afsluiten voor € 4,- per dag.

Bij een ongeval of andere calamiteiten waarvoor u een claim bij de verzekering kunt leggen moet u de politie inschakelen en een Ongevallen rapport nummer (Incident report number) vragen, zonder dit nummer betaalt de verzekeringsmaatschappij niet uit. Het is uw verantwoording het politie rapport nummer te verkrijgen en aan ons door te geven.
Mocht dit problematisch zijn, door bijvoorbeeld taalproblemen, neem dan telefonisch kontakt met ons op, wij helpen u graag!!

Wij adviseren om bij eventuele calamiteiten, hoe klein ook, altijd even contact met ons kantoor op te nemen!

Aan het eind van de huurperiode verzoeken wij u bij aflevering de brandstofvoorraad op hetzelfde peil te brengen als bij de overdracht.
Check bij het ophalen van de auto het benzine peil, de auto hoeft niet afgetankt te zijn.
Het dichtsbijzijnde benzinestation is ca 300 meter van het vliegveld.

YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD YOR CAR HIRE-ARVI HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RENTAL AND/OR THE USE OF THE VEHICLE.
